After careful research, we have designed a recipe that utilises the most modern brewing techniques to produce an alcohol free version of our best-selling core range beer. Unlike many older recipes which relied on aggressive filtering or boiling away alcohol, We brew this beer with a special yeast which does not produce alcohol as a byproduct of fermentation. We then impart the beer with some special tweaks to give more body as well as a depth of flavour and structure. The beer is then dry hopped with the same hops as our beloved core range IPA.
