Inc. Dark Ale

Opaque, deep brown, medium tan head upon agitation, well-formed head retention. Aroma is chocolate, sweet malts, dark fruit esters, whole wheat toast, just a hint of cigar leaf and coffee. Med-low carbonation, med-light body. Flavour profile has notes of chocolate, plums, roasty, grainy. Lingering roastiness, brief smokiness and mild acidity in the finish. More toasted to roasted malt and grain than chocolate or dark toffee. The finish is nearly bone dry and quenching. IBU: 22 Crafted in Bragg Creek, AB
