J. Wakefield/Cerebral Ventanita Vibes Sour

When you come to Miami, it's a vibe. It has it's own specific feel and style. One of Miami's great gathering places for locals is the window of a Ventanita (quick service window for a colada, croquetas de jamon, etc.) We know our former brewer, Sosa, misses those pastelitos and tiny cups of coffee, so in collaboration with Cerebral Brewing, we baked up Ventanita Vibes. A sour ale brewed with lactose and the sweetest guava we could find. Vibes of flakey pastry, queso and guava will have you wanting to order a colada to go as well.
