Kind: Tropical Ice Cream IPA

Say hello to their feature Wyrd Bier for 2026: a Tropical Ice Cream IPA in collaboration with their friends at Kind Ice Cream.After tossing around all kinds of wild ideas, they did what they each do best: mashed together ice cream and IPAs! To keep things super smooth they landed on creating an IPA base hopped with Citra, Dolcita, & Freestyle Manilita that would complement the many adjuncts in this beer. To obtain the creamy ice cream effect in the beer they incorporated Kind's ice cream, mango pulp, milk sugar, and vanilla beans throughout the brewing process. Somewhere along the way they also learned that eggs are a natural clarifying agent in beer... who knew? Expect a full-bodied jammy texture with notes of sweet mango and lush ice cream.
