Centrifugal Motion Alberta Wild Ale with Oranges and Black Tea

The Establishment Brewing Company
Sour5.1% ABV

This latest Wild Thing is maybe their most wordly to date, taking its inspiration from a specialty fermented Yunnanese tea called Gan Pu'er, which is made by filling small, hollowed out green tangerines with ripe Pu'er tea leaves, then drying them as one unit. Juicy orange zest dominates the initial palate, with notes of black tea and fresh wheat blossoming as the supporting cast, finishing citrusy with a touch of funk. It ain't Newtonian mechanics - it's just an easy-drinking, crowd-pleasing, refreshing winter banger. Crafted in Calgary, AB
