Danish wild ale with apricots. Beautiful Bergeron apricots from France were macerated on a blend of Danish Wild Ales ranging from 1 to 3 years old, with a majority of the blend being 1.5 years old. The unique bouquet contributed by these wonderful apricots pairs perfectly with the earthy, deep complexity brought by the Danish Wild Ale.
