This is the first in a series of case study brews, examining brewing processes, ingredient selection, and fermentation to gather insights, and improve brewing practices. This beer represents several months of research and planning to make the most of Luminosa, a new hop variety from Indie Hops. Luminosa boasts peach-mango lemonade, candied orange peel, papaya, and guava flavours - without resinous pine notes.
