Monogamy (Wakatu) Hazy IPA

Monogamy is their ongoing series of IPAs brewed exclusively with one hop variety at a time. I.e., a delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo. Recently, Bellwoods decided to shine a light on the tropically-inspired New Zealand hop varieties, which is also when they learned that Kiwi birds mate with one partner for life! The rest, as the old story goes, is ˜HiStOrY˜. This is the final edition of their Monogamy series using hops from New Zealand, and was brewed with Wakatu hops.
