Lucidity #18 DDH West Coast IPA

West Coast IPAs are here, and they are not going anywhere! Experimenting is what they do at Irrational, and they're back at it again with another hop forward showcase. They played around with their mash profile to slightly increase the body while keeping the beer ultra dry using a blend of Alberta's finest Pilsner & Chit malt from Hogarth Malt. Luminosa, developed by Indie Hops, is a super modern varietal that they wanted to highlight alongside the supporting characters of their hand-selected Citra and Mosaic Cryo. Expect notes of fresh lemon zest,berry confit, & grapefruit sorbet. Crafted in Edmonton, AB
