German style helles with rice. Not strictly brewed to Reinheitsgebot (whoops), lager malt base with rice, Spalter Select, Mittlefrüh and dry-hopped with Huell Melon Lupomaxx and Saphir. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, low bitterness and a subtle melon and citrus fruitiness on the nose.
