Tarantula Hill The Architect IPA

Is there a better brewery to create a clean west coast classic IPA with than Societe??? The Pupil IPA was clearly one of the best, and one of our faves in SD, a beer that essentially anytime it's on tap you order it! We'll use some classic dank and Piney hops but layer that up with some new school more tropical hops to create a nicely balanced, properly bittered, fantastically hopped clear west coast IPA.
