Bag of Hops is a straw-colored IPA, brewed with Aloha, Azacca and Mosaic hops for a complex array of aromas and flavors. Your palate may encounter citrus and fruity aromatics such as mango, berry, papaya, and sometimes apple along with herbal notes, like sage and eucalyptus. West Coast style bitterness is apparent but light and encourages the hops to bring the tropical fruit to the forefront.
