Jaanihanso Perry Brut Cider

For this bottle fermented classic perry we pressed traditional Estonian small pears with just a handful of our tiny crab apples called "Paradise apples". Not sweetened in any way, this perry is still smooth tasting thanks to natural non fermentable sugars found in pears. Exquisite drink. Having opened the first bottle, we immediately ran out to plant more pear trees.
