A typical Bavarian style lager that’s golden yellow in colour, with a pleasant malty sweetness balanced by a little dryness. The particularly special taste of Benediktiner Hell is delicately effervescent, malty sweet with gentle notes of hops, notes of fruitiness and aromatic herbs. An intensely enjoyable taste! TASTING Bright, full-flavoured beer with an effervescent and intense character. Appearance: Golden yellow, crystal-clear and bright, with a white foam head with extra-fine bubbles. Aroma: Delicate fragrance full of sweet, fruity and bittersweet aromas, including light honey, ripe cereal grains, yellow apples and hops. Flavour: Delicately effervescent in character, the malty sweetness and gentle notes of hops create a special mouthfeel and a pleasantly hoppy aftertaste. Fruity notes of apples and hints aromatic mountain herbs make the flavour all the more intense.
