Hazy IIIPA w/ White Grape Juice, Motueka, Riwaka, & Nelson Sauvin • Blood Brothers worked with Town Brewery, RahrBSG, and Yakima Chief hops to perfect the age-old question of how to stuff even more Cactus Head flavours (White Grape, and Nelson Sauvin hops) into beer, and the only answer was MORE. And that’s exactly what they did: they upped the white grape load and the hops skewed towards even more of those bright New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc flavours we all know and love. Included in this recipe is a healthy dose of a great new grain now on the North American Brewing scene: Fonio. Fonio is a gluten-free grain from the millet family and has been a staple in West African cuisine for over 5000 years... Crafted in Toronto, ON
