A Double New England IPA featuring 100% Mosaic hops in various forms. For the 2026 version, we highlighted Mosaic in conventional pellet form, sourced from our personal selection at John I. Haas. To enhance aromatic intensity and complexity, we also incorporated Mosaic Dynaboost (liquid concentrate), Cryo (cryo-concentrated pellets), and Spectrum (liquid concentrate) from John I. Haas. The result is a remarkably fruity, tropical beer with pronounced notes of sweet tangerine, juicy mango, and passion fruit.
